What’s a Private Adventure?
A private cruise means the boat is exclusively yours, with only your chosen passengers and the Captain on board! All of our cruises are currently private, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience. Whether you’re a family of four or six booking a Sunset Cruise or Estuary Adventure, you’ll have the entire boat to yourselves to relax and enjoy your adventure.
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome on our cruises! Pet owners are responsible for supervising their pets and covering any damages caused during the trip. Please let us know in advance when booking so we can ensure everything is ready for your furry friend.
We don’t have a restroom on board. All of our pick up locations have a restroom that you can use before departure.
At this time, the Coast Guard strictly limits us to 6 passengers, regardless of age—this includes children. Everyone on board counts toward that limit, and there are no exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe and compliant with regulations.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We also accept Venmo and Zelle. To secure your tour we will charge a $50 deposit and then take the rest of the payment when you are on the boat.
Passenger Cancellations: You can cencel the trip anytime before the departure time and recive a full refund.
To cancel, please contact us by phone otr text at 561.401.2346
No-shows will be charged the full price .
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
In the event that we need to cancel a cruise due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you approximately two hours before the scheduled departure. You will have the option to:
Rebook immediately,
Receive a credit to rebook at a later date, or
Request a full refund.
We prioritize safety above all else. Decisions to cancel are made with caution, as we will never risk the safety of our passengers or crew. Please note that trips may occasionally be canceled even if the weather clears up later in the day.
Preparation
We provide water and light snacks to keep you refreshed during your adventure, but we recommend bringing the following items for your comfort and enjoyment:
Sunscreen: Protect your skin from the Florida sun.
Hat and Sunglasses: Shade yourself and reduce glare for better wildlife viewing.
Comfortable Clothing: Lightweight, breathable clothing is ideal, along with a light jacket if it gets breezy.
Waterproof Bag: Keep your personal belongings safe and dry.
Camera or Smartphone: Capture the stunning scenery and wildlife.
Binoculars: Enhance your wildlife spotting experience.
Towel: Handy if you plan to dip your toes in the water or visit a beach.
Personal Snacks: If you have specific dietary preferences, feel free to bring your own snacks.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks you’d like to enjoy during the cruise. However, we recommend avoiding glass containers as they can be hazardous around the water—aluminum cans, plastic or paper containers are a safer alternative. We provide ice and water for your convenience.
